Shiny New Trikk and Treet

Re-design, sort of. I have no idea how I drew this out of brown, but, eh. I like it better.
Anyone want to do an art-trade ma-jigger? You draw my tailmouth, I draw yours?

Hurrrr. Okay. Character recap:

<sub>Treet is the body. He doesn't seem to realize anything that Trikk does (read: eat people)... but maybe he does and is simply feigning ignorance. He's a good person at heart, but his fatal flaw is his passive attitude-- he'd rather do nothing. He spends most of his days bumming around his apartment and playing video games, eating anything that can be ordered out. Outside of that, he likes horror novels, Kaiju movies, and collecting stuff.
He has no idea why most people who try to get buddy-buddy with him suddenly move very soon after meeting him.
He loves Trikk more than anything in the whole wide world, but outside of that, his friends include his roommates (Tatl, a fellow tailmouth -- her tail, Tael, kind of scares him -- and Allen, a normal chihuahua who's on the opposite sleep schedule as him and so doesn't realize he's living with two tailmouths) and Pip (another tailmouth) and his tail, Bo.

Trikk is the tail. He eats people-- both random people on the street, and anyone who dares to get 'chummy' with Treet... or anyone who even thinks about hurting Treet. Whether or not Treet notices it is known only between the body and the tail, and either way, Treet acts oblivious. Insanely protective of Treet, Trikk holds a true and hard hatred for anyone who diverts Treet's affections away from him. He may or may not think of Treet as 'exclusively his', but he definitely acts the part. In other words-- he's insanely jealous, protective, and possessive.
Trikk likes to curl around Treet and act like a body pillow, and often wraps around Treet's midsection when he's playing video games, reading, watching movies-- anything, really.
He reciprocates Treet's "more than anything in the word" love. Trikk acts entirely out of love for his body-- just incredibly misguided, harmful love. Now consider if it's worse whether Treet knows what Trikk does, or if he doesn't.

The only reason he hasn't eaten Tatl (or their third roommate) is that her stuff is still in the apartment and it'd be hard to say she "moved" if he ate her; the only reason he hasn't eaten Pip is that his tail, Bo, could and would rip him off of Treet's spine with ease.</sub>
